Prabhleen Dua

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific Class of 2026
CFO and Co-Founder, Knoxx Foods, Australia

Prabhleen Dua is the CFO and co-founder of Knoxx Foods, an Australian-born food solutions partner founded in 2016. What began nationally as an Ingredient supply business, evolved into a solutions-led company focused on research and development innovation and helping food businesses solve complex challenges with greater speed, consistency and sustainability worldwide.

Prabhleen’s leadership was shaped early in her career as a young CPA when she asked a defining question: does my work create real impact? That moment became a lifelong principle: Build teams where people understand their value and build businesses where outcomes matter. She self-funded her CPA qualification, bringing commercial discipline to every decision, from risk and margin to long-term strategy.

With a foundation in accounting and finance, and a practical understanding of customer needs, Prabhleen helped build Knoxx Foods by pairing her strategic lens with her family’s industry knowledge. Today, Knoxx Foods operates with teams and locations across Australia and multiple global hubs, supporting customers internationally. The business is known for listening closely, translating needs into practical solutions and executing reliably.

As one of the youngest female founders in the sector and a mother of two young children, Prabhleen continues to build with focus and resilience.

My vision is to make Knoxx Foods the team customers turn to when they need to solve a problem, not simply place an order.
