Soyeon Yoon is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Apartmentary, a leading premium residential renovation platform based in Seoul, South Korea. Founded in 2016, Apartmentary has grown to more than 100 employees and aims to revolutionize the traditionally opaque interior market through transparency and standardization.

Soyeon's journey began as a producer at a major broadcasting station, where her personal struggle with home renovation inspired her to author the bestseller "Interior One Book," laying the strategic foundation for her business. Under her leadership, Apartmentary introduced Interior as a Product (IaaP), a data-driven system that ensures price transparency and predictable project management. She has successfully expanded the firm's reach by launching proprietary brands, including "ARCKIT" (premium kitchens) and "PARTS" (interior materials), transforming the company into a comprehensive lifestyle technology platform.

Soyeon adheres to a customer-centric philosophy, believing that the only person who can determine the right answer for interior services is the customer. This belief has driven the company to achieve accolades, such as the Red Dot and iF Design Awards, and recognition as one of the Financial Times’ High-Growth Companies in Asia-Pacific for three consecutive years (2023–25).

While Apartmentary holds a significant presence in the domestic premium market, it has begun establishing a global footprint, starting with Hong Kong in 2024 and plans for a New York subsidiary in early 2026. Soyeon's ultimate vision is to establish Apartmentary as the global standard for premium living spaces, evolving from a remodeling service into an all-encompassing lifestyle technology platform.
