Thi Ai Hoa Ho is the founder of Hoa Doanh Foods, a Vietnamese food company established in 2023 that specializes in high-quality, export-ready products. With a focus on scaling Vietnamese cuisine globally, Hoa Doanh Foods employs more than 250 personnel and is dedicated to building a sustainable and internationally compliant production system.

Thi Ai Hoa began her entrepreneurial journey in 2017, driven by a deep passion for the food industry and a desire to introduce Vietnamese cuisine to consumers worldwide. In 2023, she transformed the business into a joint-stock company, marking a new phase of growth. Key milestones in her journey include establishing a standardized production system, setting quality and food safety standards, expanding the product portfolio, and gradually entering international markets.

Over the next three to five years, Thi Ai Hoa envisions developing Hoa Doanh Foods into a leading Vietnamese food enterprise with strong export capabilities and a well-structured ecosystem of products that meet international standards. Her strategic focus includes expanding into key markets across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and North America, while continuing to develop signature Vietnamese food products that combine authenticity, quality and convenience.

Thi Ai Hoa aims for consistent growth in export revenue, workforce expansion and enhanced global recognition of Vietnamese food brands. Additionally, she is committed to investing in product innovation, modern food processing technologies and a sustainable supply chain to maintain long-term competitiveness.
