Zhijue Xing is the Executive Vice President of Siact Holdings Co., Ltd, a Chinese technology enterprise established in 1988. The company focuses in independently controllable technology systems, including chip-level hardware, embedded systems and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, providing innovative products such as industrial motherboards and intelligent control solutions.

Zhijue began her professional career in the Mathematics and Financial Engineering program at Imperial College, which shaped her data-driven decision-making framework. After returning to China in 2010, she worked in investment banking at Minsheng Securities before joining Siact in 2013. Rising from the CFO role to Executive Vice President, she has leveraged her unique experience at the intersection of finance and industry to enhance business development through capital efficiency and risk management.

Zhijue is committed to promoting the integration of financial intelligence and the energy industry, aiming to position Siact as a leading provider of intelligent control and smart integrated energy services for large enterprises. Her vision includes achieving a market value of CNY2 billion and capturing over 25% of China’s industrial energy management market within five years.
