In today’s environment of heightened financial reporting scrutiny, the R2R process presents challenges surrounding data accuracy, process efficiency and compliance. Our event series addresses these issues, equipping you with the tools and knowledge to transform your R2R process and achieve better outcomes. ​

Session 3: From close to insight: Enabling value-driven financial reporting beyond compliance​

The third session of this series focuses on critical post-close activities, including internal (management reporting) and external reporting (statutory reporting). It will explore how organizations can move beyond compliance-driven reporting to generate insights that support business decision-making. We will address common challenges across the data, technology and process pillars and share practical approaches to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy and value.​

This follows our first two sessions, which discussed pre-close activities, specifically on the complexities of balance sheet account reconciliation, including intercompany reconciliation and critical areas on journals and open item clearing, thereby highlighting the pre- and at-close processes and challenges organizations face.​
