EY announces the Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Class of 2026

The EY organization today announced the Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Class of 2026, recognizing 23 outstanding women entrepreneurs who are leading some of the region’s most ambitious and fast-growing businesses.

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ is a bespoke executive program designed to support high-potential women-led businesses as they scale internationally. The program provides access to strategic insights, global networks and experienced advisors to help founders accelerate growth and build long-term value.

This year’s Asia-Pacific cohort spans multiple markets and industries, from consumer products, life sciences, industrials, infrastructure, energy, media and professional services. Together, these women are driving innovation, creating jobs and shaping more inclusive economies across the region.

According to EY analysis, the businesses represented in the 2026 class generated more than US$1.6 billion in combined revenue in 2025 and employed more than 30,000 people, underscoring the growing economic impact of women-led enterprises across Asia-Pacific.
