Irmgard is responsible for global talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, attracting and hiring people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to help EY people build a better working world.

Prior to this role, she served as Talent Attraction and Acquisition Leader for EY Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA), and as EY Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition leader for Assurance.

With more than 20 years of recruiting experience, Irmgard regularly consults with EY clients on their global recruitment, talent attraction and acquisition strategies. She is also experienced in change leadership, recruiting technology (including AI and RPA), early careers recruiting, social media, employee advocacy and public speaking.

Irmgard is part of the Global Talent Executive team and leads the Recruiting Center of Excellence leadership team. She graduated with a Master of Civil Law (LLM) from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
