How Lucy is building a better working world
“My personal purpose is to empower others to find resilience in themselves and humankind so that, together, we can make the world better and more sustainable. I channel this through proactive mentoring and coaching across our CCaSS practice and by leading our CCaSS Culture Initiative. This initiative focuses on increasing the diversity of our teams, championing inclusion and belonging, and supporting colleagues with their mental health and wellbeing.”
