With more than 16 years of experience in driving the transformation and customer agenda for her banking and insurance clients, Neena has built a trusted adviser relationship with the clients.
Neena has helped deliver a wide range of programs such as providing successful digital-only banking license applications in Singapore and Malaysia, designing and implementing new business models, creating differentiated customer value proposition and leading the execution across the value chain.
Neena graduated as an Engineer and holds post-graduation degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute, India.
