Panneer is EY Asean People Advisory Services Tax Leader in Singapore experienced in expatriate tax compliance and advisory services, business immigration and international assignment management.

He oversees the delivery of integrated immigration and tax services to a wide variety of clients across Southeast Asia.

Panneer previously handled numerous reviews of employers’ reporting of employees’ remuneration and helped businesses in tax remediation to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore under its Voluntary Disclosure Programme. He is also experienced in tax equalization support and compensation reporting reviews.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Singapore; Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants; and Accredited Tax Practitioner, Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited.

Panneer holds a Master’s in human resources from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
