Paul is an experienced innovation and design consultant who helps companies from many industries — such as power and utilities, consumer products and retail, digital banking, insurance, and agriculture — develop new products, services and user experience journeys.
He is proficient in customer-led innovation; customer experience measurement and improvement; customer research; innovation capability building; and product, user experience and user interface design. By tapping into his competencies across these areas, he also helps businesses establish design and innovation centers.
Paul played a key role in creating and launching an EY wavespace™ innovation center in Malaysia that designs and provides dynamic experiences to help organizations tackle complex challenges.
Previously, he was Customer Experience and Innovation Consultant at a leading Netherlands-based digital strategy and design agency. He also started his career in the digital banking industry.
Paul holds an MSc in Innovation Management and a BSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
