Ram leads and helps implement large-scale digital- and technology-enabled business transformation programs for diverse industries, including telecommunications, airlines, gaming and entertainment, consumer products, and retail. These programs include customer experience transformation using digital front-end technologies, customer relationship management and e-commerce solutions; enterprise transformation using enterprise resource planning systems; and cloud transformation for infrastructure and application modernization. He also helps organizations build and expand digital teams and execute programs using the build-operate-transfer model.

Previously, Ram was a vice president heading technology consulting business lines for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong at a global consulting, technology services and digital transformation company. During his tenure there, he led enterprise applications, digital, cloud and analytics services and set up centers of excellence in Asia.

Ram holds a Master of Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
