Sam leads a team in the firm’s assurance practice serving emerging enterprises and private middle market clients.
He has vast experience in external and internal audits of private and listed enterprises, MNCs, as well as government and quasi-government organizations across diverse sectors. These include manufacturing, trading, technology, retail and wholesale, investment holding, oil and gas, shipping, transportation, real estate, construction and professional services. He has also helped many clients with financial and corporate management.
Sam’s wide commercial sector experience covers corporate strategy and business development, M&As, venture management, corporate governance, financial accounting and reporting, and risk management.
Sam is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honors) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
