Shuhui provides corporate income tax compliance services to businesses in diverse sectors, such as oil and gas as well as metals and mining. Based in Singapore, she advises companies on local and cross-border issues relating to group reorganization, withholding taxes, financing structures and Singapore tax incentives. She also assists businesses in tax controversy.
Shuhui is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honors) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
