Wen Zheng is a seasoned tax advisor who advises multinational groups, private funds and listed entities on Singapore and international tax matters. He is experienced in corporate tax planning, restructuring and refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investments, particularly for the real estate, hospitality and construction sector.

His experience includes assisting Singapore-based entities in overseas investments and acquisitions and advising international investors on investments into Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. He also helps entities secure advance tax rulings, reliefs and remissions from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Singapore’s Ministry of Finance.

Wen Zheng is an Accredited Tax Advisor, Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited and a Singapore Chartered Accountant, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
