Mojca is a Tax Senior Manager at EY Slovenia. She joined EY in 2005 and is based in the Ljubljana office.
Her primary focus involves multinational clients, more specifically their human capital. Mojca specializes in personal taxation, social security and immigration, with a focus on personal income tax, expatriate taxation, payroll, immigration, global mobility, national and international security and knowledge of VAT advisory.
Mojca worked with major consulting firms, which included, among other things, structuring referrals, and was part of due diligence, examining in particular potential issues in terms of personal taxes and personnel: employment, workforce retention, motivation, remuneration and the like.
She was also part of groups that advised the Ministry of Finance as well as the General Financial Office on the proper treatment of income, the simplification of procedures and their proper reporting.

Mojca contributes to building a better working world by advising domestic and foreign companies in the fields of personal taxes, social security contributions, immigration and a constantly changing staffing function. Among other things, she advises international posted workers on their day-to-day tax matters, such as managing tax statuses, preparing monthly annual returns, handling personal income, and international companies on issues, such as developing policies for mobile and project workers, designing staffing, screening with areas of efficiency of personnel functions, due diligence and similar.
