NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ADOPTS AMENDMENT TO THE COMPANIES ACT ZGD-1M
On 22 November 2024, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted an amendment to the Companies Act, ZGD-1M, which aligns the Slovenian legal order with European legislation in the areas of disclosure of tax information (public CBCR), corporate sustainability reporting, ensuring balanced gender representation among company directors and adjusting company size criteria. The amendment will enter into force on 18 December 2024.
