Kerem Kaçar, Partner at EY Türkiye's Consulting Services and Government and Public Sector Leader, has nearly 15 years of national and international public sector consulting experience.
So far in his career, he has led several large-scale transformation projects for many public institutions and international organizations in Turkiye, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, Azerbaijan and Georgia. He enjoys deep experience in economic and sectoral policy design and analysis, policy governance, policy innovation and public investment management.
Recently, Kerem has focused on policy integration, particularly in the fields of service and delivery management, citizen experience, organizational restructuring, foreign direct investment (FDI) and climate policies.
In addition to his professional work, he is currently a part-time lecturer at Bilkent University's Governance and Public Policy course, member of the Advisory Board of Bilkent University's Department of Political Science and Public Administration, and one of the founding members of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Shapers Community Ankara hub.
Also served at the Special Expertise Committees of the 11th and 12th Development Plans of Turkiye, Kerem holds a BA degree from Bilkent University and a masters degree from Middle East Technical University (METU).
