Özge is the Managing Partner of the Strategy and Transactions in Türkiye.
She has been with Ernst & Young Strategy and Transactions since 2007, having previously provided assurance services to both local and international clients during her six years at EY and Arthur Andersen. Özge has successfully led significant corporate finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, and M&A transactions across numerous local and global deals.
With extensive experience in navigating complex corporate transformations within rapidly evolving ecosystems, she has participated in various buy-side and sell-side deal advisory projects across a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer products, e-commerce, QSR and hospitality, advanced manufacturing and mobility, and healthcare. She is also leading the sell and seperate services in Türkiye.
