James Huang is the Assurance Services Leader of Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience serving an array of clients ranging from financial services, electronics, manufacturing, and real-estate industries.
James is a certified public accountant in both Taiwan and the U.S. and has worked in EY New York office before.
James holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also attended the EMBA program at the National Taiwan University.

His sophisticated views regarding corporate governance, operational flow, and M&A are value-adding to the corporate and industry growth.
James also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Financial Law Research Committee of The National Federation of CPA Associations of Taiwan.
