Jimmy Sun is the Tax Services Partner of Ernst & Young with extensive experience in business tax advisory, auditing and tax returns.
Jimmy is sophisticated in advising overseas and local clients on tax matters relating to restructuring and M&A. He is also experienced in restructuring Taiwanese businesses going public in Taiwan. Other areas of his particular focus include operating model strategy, transfer pricing, tax treaty and tax compliance. Jimmy serves as the Head of Tax Services in Taichung office where he also leads the Asean Tax Services of Taiwan.
Jimmy received his MBA from University of Houston and graduated from Ming-Chun University as Bachelor of Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan and passed the CPA exam in the U.S.
