Kai Lin is the Tax Services Partner of Ernst & Young, in Hsinchu and Taoyuan regions. He has over 20 years of practical assurance and tax experience, covering services such as international tax, transfer pricing, family business succession and IPO planning.
Kai assists multinational conglomerates design holding structures, plan intangible assets, supply chain integration and pricing consulting, providing Southeast Asia investment and tax planning consultation. He is familiar with CFC regulations, and is proficient with three-tier documentation, pre-pricing application and negotiation. He also assists with high-net worth individuals’ equity and legacy succession plan.
Kai holds a master’s degree of Finance from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and a bachelor’s degree of accounting from National Taichung University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan.
