Kelvin Tsao is the Global Compliance Reporting Executive Director of Ernst & Young. He focuses on foreign institutional investors (FINI) tax compliance and tax treaty refund application services as well as FATCA/Common Reporting Standards (CRS)/Qualified Intermediary (QI) advisory and reporting services.
Kelvin has accumulated a vast number of experiences in tax reporting and assurance audits since joining Ernst & Young in 2000, serving clients encompassing multinational corporations, domestic listed companies, and large financial holding companies.
Kelvin holds a master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, a master’s degree in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in both Taiwan and the United States.
Kelvin assists corporations in coping with the challenges of global compliance issues taking advantage of his professional tax strategies to map out transparent and highly efficient tax management to boost market confidence and promote sustainable growth.
