Brynn leads the Finance Transformation which intersects the best of EY Finance across Assurance, Financial Accounting, Tax, Strategy and Transactions, Technology and Business Transformation to best serve the CFO agenda and help them navigate the fast pace changes organisations have to adapt and operate in with more confidence.

Brynn has worked across a diverse spectrum of finance functions and workforce transformations which include shaping future finance strategies and implementations, global operating models, digitising finance operations (including scaling AI and GenAI), unlocking finance benefits and improvements with platform transformations such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Onestream and Tagetik. Brynn also has driven change management transformations focused on people adoption of new ways of working in new operating models and pivoting to new skills required for digital transformations.

Brynn has worked across diverse markets such as Europe, UKI and central and middle Africa.

Brynn works with CFOs and their teams across multiple sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Goods as well as mining and energy. 

Brynn holds a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town.
