Candice is the Western Cape Consulting Leader which includes technology and business consulting. Candice is responsible for leading the team through a season of huge market growth, particularly in the retail and financial services’ sectors. Her experience spans leading multidisciplinary projects at large retail and financial services’ clients. These projects include a simplification and modernisation programme for a large financial services organisation and a strategic organisational transformation programme for a large retailer as well as leading specialist cyber projects.
Previously, Candice led technology transformation programmes in the financial services sector and internal audit portfolios as part of a three-year strategic co-course for the largest insurer in Africa.
Prior to EY, Candice led cybersecurity for an international telecommunications company.
Candice holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) in Information Systems and Business Strategy from the University of Cape Town, as well as a Bachelor of Theology, Community Development and a Master of Arts (Theology), International Development.
