Jonathan is a senior member of EY South Africa’s International Tax and Transaction Services – Transfer Pricing practice, operating primarily from Johannesburg. His role involves leading and coordinating complex transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients across a range of industries, with a strong focus on South African and broader African documentation, controversy and audit support matters.
He has successfully lead the preparation and delivery of multiple multi‑country local files under tight regulatory timelines, managing high‑profile SARS audit and controversy matters, and advising clients on technically complex issues such as benchmarking disputes, debt pricing, and emerging OECD developments including Pillar Two and Amount B considerations.
