Jordi is the EY EMEIA FSO Leader for Revenue Improvement Solutions, an innovative methodology that combines data and analytics techniques and deep industry knowledge with an agile approach to detect revenue leakages (revenue assurance), improve parameters and processes, adjust pricing models and help create value-added services.
An accomplished banking professional with extensive international experience, he advises banks, payment schemes and private equity funds regarding the retail banking industry. Prior to joining EY in 2014, he held executive leadership roles in consultancy and banking companies.
Jordi has earned an MA in Economics and Finance from the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies – Banco de España.
