As the wavespace Trivandrum Leader at EY Global Delivery Services India LLP, Koshy focuses on digital and socializing the wavespace archetypes to the users to help them win more clients.
Koshy is also the EY MENA and EY Japan Account Leader for EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). In this capacity, he oversees GDS service delivery to MENA Region and drives demand from Japan.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in multiple service lines, with clients based out of several countries in the Middle East and Global, and in sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, construction, and real estate.
He was previously employed with another big four firms in MENA.
Koshy is a Chartered Accountant and is a fellow member of the Institute. He is also a Chartered Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Koshy is certified in The Open Group Architecture Framework 9 and holds a Digital Transformation and Platform Business certification from a well-known university.

Inspiring the professionals to think differently, to create a positive impact on the way we do business, is an integral part of this strategy. I do this by working with my team to align their purpose and passion and channelize their energies toward creating a distinct mindset which will help in the architecture of building a better working world.
Beyond the organization, I collaborate with the external start-up ecosystems to encourage and guide the upcoming entrepreneurs. I have been a speaker and panellist at start-up conferences aimed at mentoring the young innovators. I have also co-hosted and led Ideathon campaigns at premier business schools along with the state governments’ start-up mission.”
