Kubashnee is an Associate Director within the Internal Domain in Advisory. She has extensive internal audit experience across various sectors, with her primary focus being ENR.
Kubashnee has helped to establish outsourced internal audit functions, and has led the delivery of integrated audits by co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams. She has also developed and implemented strategic risk-based internal audit plans that have contributed to the overall improvement of our clients’ control environments. In addition, she has fulfilled the project management function for outsourced and co-sourced internal audit functions.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and is a member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA). After serving her articles at a small company based in Durban, she joined EY in 2006 as an Assistant Manager.
