Before joining EY, Nitro was CEO of Letsema Consulting & Advisory, an 80-person South African management consultancy. During 15 years with Letsema, he built deep management consulting experience and helped grow its strategy offering. The firm later completed a transaction with EY, integrating LCA’s consulting teams into the business.
Nitro's entrepreneurial mindset began early in his career after graduating as a Computer Engineer. He worked in a start-up that coined the term “robotic gaming” and developed robotic products for the entertainment and toy industries. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at BMW SA, where he led the strategy team.
Nitro believes a better future for people, South Africa and the Continent begins with making a meaningful difference to those around him. He creates not only personal time but business platforms that help individuals thrive and become the best versions of themselves.
