How Richard is shaping the future with confidence

Despite rapid technological advancement, M&A transactions still require old fashioned skills. Richard has advised on deals using the post, fax machines, emails and shared workspaces  –  but some truths transcend technology. Successful deals come from a deep understanding of each party’s objectives, the building of mutual trust and recognition that win-win scenarios are possible. Helping the entrepreneurs of today and the leaders of tomorrow across Africa is his core focus.
