Sarah is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young Australia’s People Advisory Services. With a background in organizational psychology, she has extensive experience in assisting organizations to create conditions that promote innovation; cultivate well-being; and enhance ethics and integrity. Her experience as a culture and behavior change professional helps her to focus on the environmental factors that create effective organizational cultures.

With almost 20 years of experience in organizational psychology, Sarah has collaborated with clients in the financial services and government sectors to design and facilitate evidence-based assessment tools and approaches to identify areas for organizational reform and the opportunities for creating change.

More recently, she has helped strengthen the EY thought leadership and primary research capability through the establishment of EY Oceania Workforce Advisory Research House. Her evidence-based approach has seen the development of a culture and conduct dashboard, ethical leadership development programs and boardroom decision-making tools.  

Sarah has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology (Negotiation) from Melbourne University; a BBSc (1st Class Hons) from La Trobe University and a BA (Moral Philosophy) from Monash University.
