Currently, Vinesh is the Advisory COO responsible for driving effective operations across Africa.
Vinesh has been the Regional Managing Partner for the EY KZN practice over the past five years - the strategic objective of which is to grow EY’s KZN market share and brand positioning through delivering distinctive services and consistent value to our clients.
He is a Qualified CA (SA) and CIA having studied at the University of Durban Westville. Vinesh has extensive experience in leading large scale integrated internal audit functions across all advisory disciplines and service offerings, as well as risk management.
Sector expertise’s include Port Terminals, Harbours, Fuel/Gas Pipelines, GPS, Automotive and Consumer Industries.
He is passionate about developing talent and consistently adding value to clients. Vinesh has been with EY for over 18 years. Outside of EY, he has experience in Telecommunications and Public Sector.
How Vinesh is building a better working world
I am an active member of EY’s NextGen EYCares programmes in KZN.
In addition, I have dedicated my time as a council member to SAICA Eastern region, helping drive an increase in the pass rate of black CA’s.
In my private capacity, I’m part of various groups supporting local underprivileged communities.
