When I think about the future of the Baltics and each of the countries in the Baltics, I think I see a mix of the Nordic culture – that is a welfare state with a very proactive and very results-oriented, and very entrepreneurial Baltic culture that is sometimes bordering on risky behavior. And I think that a combination of these two would be the perfect scenario for this region,” shares Linas Dicpetris.
