What EY can do for you
The future workforce will face roles that don’t yet exist – and success will depend on more than technical skills. Adaptability, curiosity and creativity are all vital to thrive in a complex, AI-enabled world.
Through EY Ripples, we’re all in with our people, clients and collaborators helping the next generation and underserved groups build those future-ready skills. From digital literacy and AI awareness to leadership and problem-solving, we’re upskilling learners and connecting them with the tools and mentors they need to shape the future with confidence.
Here’s how EY teams are supporting the next generation around the world:
Mentoring for the future of work
EY professionals mentor young people, all generations and underserved groups, sharing knowledge, experience and skills through one-on-one or group settings. Programs span AI, STEM, environmental literacy, financial literacy, job shadowing and entrepreneurship. Through collaborations with clients, alliances and nonprofits, we’re scaling in-person and digital training to reach even the most remote communities.
Skills development workshops
EY Future Skills Workshops help young people explore the topics shaping tomorrow – from AI and sustainability to financial literacy and emerging technology. Led by EY professionals, these 90-minute to half-day sessions inspire students aged 5-22 to discover new passions for (and pathways to) the future of work.
Delivered in 40+ countries, modules are available to educators for classroom teaching and as text-based mobile learning to help bridge the digital divide.
In-person programs are bringing this learning to life, for example:
- EY Code Clubs: helping students aged 7-16 learn coding and digital problem-solving in fun, hands-on sessions
- UN International Telecommunication Union AI Workshops: introducing students to the basics of AI and its role in shaping a sustainable future
EY Ripples continues to expand collaborations that make access to future skills more inclusive.
