Damian Knight is a strategy partner at EY-Parthenon in Abu Dhabi and leads the MENA defense industry and aerospace strategy practice. He advises defense institutions, industrial leaders and sovereign wealth funds on strategy, cost and operating model transformation, sovereign capability development, emerging technologies, product development acceleration and transaction advisory across the region.
Prior to EY-Parthenon, Damian spent nearly a decade at a leading global strategy firm, where he advised defense institutions and industry clients across aerospace and defense sectors.
Earlier in his career, he held engineering leadership roles at Qantas Airways, managing the specification, production and delivery of the A380 fleet and the delivery of flight simulators.
Damian began his career as an aeronautical engineering officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, where he led technical operations for a fast-jet fleet and received the Air Commander's Commendation for outstanding service. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and completed studies at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
