A partner in the MENA region, Greg is the EY MENA Transaction Diligence, IPO and Sell and Separate Leader within Strategy and Transactions.
He has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory services, including IPOs and other capital markets transactions, acquisitions and vendor transaction support services to international strategic and financial investors.
Prior to moving to EY in Dubai in 2015, Greg worked for 16 years at another Big 4 firm in London, Mumbai and Dubai.
He earned MBAs from Manchester Business School and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Greg is also a Certified Investor Relations Officer.
