Saravanan is an experienced sustainability and energy professional with over 20 years of leadership in climate strategy, ESG integration and clean energy solutions. As a Partner at EY MENA CCaSS, he advises governments and businesses on integrating sustainability into core strategies, policy impact assessments and decarbonization pathways.

He has led multi-million-dollar initiatives in energy efficiency, carbon management and circular economy solutions across the MENA and global markets. In his previous role, Saravanan was instrumental in developing carbon market standards for the MENA region, creating climate change disclosure guidelines and shaping HSBC's carbon policy. He also contributed to the green growth strategies for major organizations.

As a certified and experienced professional in sustainable finance, Saravanan specializes in regulatory frameworks, green investments and ESG risk assessment.
