Mark is currently Partner in EY’s Belgian M&A team, with a particular focus on the private equity segment.

He joined in 2015, after several years of experience in other M&A and asset management roles.

He holds a Bachelor in Business Economics from Durham University, a MPhil in Finance from Cambridge University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
