Companies, regulators, and other stakeholders, count on us to deliver quality in every engagement. Therefore, our top priority remains performing high quality audits and serving the public interest. To make this happen, we are focused on investing in, and creating, high performing and inclusive teams.
This transparency report explains how EY Belgium took further steps in 2021 in its pursuit of continuous improvement in the quality of our services and in promoting various quality initiatives, such as the Sustainable Audit Quality ("SAQ") initiative and the Basic Global Audit Methodology (“GAM”) initiative. In addition, we have further digitalized and automated our audit approach. This has helped in ensuring that fiscal year 2021 has been very successful for EY Belgium Assurance and EY Belgium in general.
