EY Zambia 2025 National Budget Analysis.

The 2025 National Budget for Zambia has been prepared amidst significant socio-economic challenges, including a severe drought that has led to extended load shedding, limited access to clean drinking water, and food insecurity. Despite these difficulties, the country has achieved economic progress, with its GDP expected to grow by 2.3% in 2024, a decrease from the 5.4% growth in 2023.
