EY’s Voice is composed of the unique notes of each individual EY-er inflected by their personal and professional experiences. It’s specifically the individuality of each note, when combined with those of the others, that brings our culture together; from which really good things happen – for our people, our clients, the communities we serve and the broader society which we are helping to build.

Though our I am EY Campus, to I am EY Markets and now our I am EY Voices campaigns we are intentional about providing the platform for our people to share their stories, to use their voices… because there simply is no better way to tell the EY story.

Here we meet diverse group of EY-ers who give their voice to stories of grace, courage, ambition, respect, becoming, destiny, second chances and more.

As they reflect on their path to and through EY, we are shown more about the inner workings of the EY culture and how it’s shaped by leaders and mentors, colleagues and friends, clients and ecosystems, technology and innovation and our global footprint.
