Ekow leads our Africa tax practice and is part of our global International Tax and Transaction Advisory specialists. He represents clients on various tax matters, including complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestiture transactions in Africa.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Taxation from Oxford University.
