The EY alumni network: the value of returning employees
Joran De Luyck, Manager Supply Chain & Operations, started his professional career with EY. After a period of four years, he left the company for a new challenge. However, the new environment did not meet his expectations. So, after a two-year hiatus, Joran returned to EY at the end of 2021.
Diversity, inclusiveness and your career
Ideas aren’t bound by geographic borders, race, age, educational background, gender or ability — and neither are we. Whoever you are, we’ll value you and your unique perspectives.
From mentoring young people to develop the mindsets and skills they’ll need most to adapt and thrive in a Transformative Age, to helping impact entrepreneurs scale innovative business models for tackling inequality, at EY, you’ll have the chance to use your skills, knowledge and experience to address some of the biggest social challenges of our time.
Work with emerging technologies. Pursue new opportunities. Reinvent yourself every day. Our culture of innovation at EY means embracing change in everything you do, from applying new technologies to making existing processes better. Your powerful ideas will unlock your full potential – and ours.
