Thomas is an Executive Director in EY-Parthenon’s Belgian M&A team. He advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, corporate groups and private equity investors on sell-side and buy-side transactions across a broad range of sectors, with a particular Life Sciences & Healthcare sector focus.
He gained experience from both an advisory and investment perspective, enabling him to understand the objectives, constraints and decision-making processes of all parties involved in a transaction. This allows him to anticipate issues early, navigate complex situations pragmatically and help clients remain one step ahead throughout the deal process.
Thomas is known for his hands-on and action-oriented approach. He works closely alongside clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategic preparation and buyer identification to negotiation and closing, with a strong focus on execution, momentum and delivering practical solutions. He believes successful transactions are driven not only by sound advice, but also by a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and make things happen.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and specializes in mid-market M&A transactions across sectors.
