Ward is a Partner at EY-Parthenon Belgium (Mergers & Acquisitions team). He has over 13 years of experience in the broader banking and corporate finance landscape as well as M&A.
Before joining the M&A team at EY-Parthenon Belgium in 2019, he was working as a Senior Banker at various financial institutions servicing large corporate clients. Ward has industry experience in Transportation and Logistics (both port and airport related), Energy, retail and a variety of other sectors. Given his banking background, he can also assist in debt advisory and capital structuring transactions.
Ward holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from KUL and an Executive Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Vlerick Business School.
