Firas is a cities partner with extensive experience advising organizations across the cities, real estate development and municipal sectors. In his current role, he supports public and private sector stakeholders in shaping and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across complex urban ecosystems.
Before joining the global EY organization, Firas held senior leadership roles spanning consulting, investment and real estate development. His prior experience includes serving as a cities partner at a globally recognized consulting firm, leading a real estate advisory practice and acting as chief executive officer of a Saudi Capital Market Authority–licensed investment company. He has also served on the board and executive committee of a real estate development company in Saudi Arabia.
Firas brings more than 20 years of consulting experience, covering strategy, operating model design and execution, as well as technical advisory support in areas such as city planning, public-private partnerships, financial sustainability and sustainable financing. He holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a BBA from the American University, with a double emphasis in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Political Studies.
