Marco has built a career around climate action and how clients position their sustainability responsibilities as a competitive advantage. Prior to joining EY, he successfully built global teams and capabilities from the ground up in climate and sustainability.

He has deep experience across carbon value chains and sustainability, supporting more than 75 projects for the most ambitious companies across multiple sectors as well as for funds and governments. This includes helping deliver investment strategies, ESG-driven growth strategies, scale-up plans, climate and sustainability operating models and support for UN and governmental programs.

Holding the position as World Economic Forum Fellow on Climate Action in the past, he has also been featured on lecture circuits and in more than a dozen publications. Marco has an MBA from London Business School, and an MiM, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences from LUISS (Rome).
