Technological advancement, geopolitical uncertainty and ongoing business transformation are placing unprecedented pressure on corporate leaders. In this environment, a well-crafted strategy alone is no longer enough. Organisations that succeed are those capable of executing change quickly and effectively. To help clients navigate these challenges, EY-Parthenon has appointed Márton Kadocsa to lead its Strategy Consulting practice in Hungary. With more than 15 years of experience supporting executive decision-making, acquisitions and transformation programmes, he brings extensive expertise spanning the full spectrum from strategy development to successful execution.
EY-Parthenon supports clients across the entire range of strategic and corporate governance challenges, from defining long-term strategic direction and redesigning operating models to delivering transformation outcomes. The practice combines strategy development and transformation expertise with EY’s technology, operational improvement and data analytics capabilities, helping clients move confidently from informed decision-making to measurable business impact.
"Senior leadership decisions rarely affect only a single area of the business. Transformation often has strategic, governance, technology, financial and legal dimensions simultaneously. Today, our clients are not simply looking for advice; they are seeking trusted partners who can connect strategy, technology and execution while bringing deep industry expertise to the table. Márton’s appointment further strengthens our ability to create tangible business value for clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle," said Dr Iván Sefer, Partner at EY Hungary, Head of EY-Parthenon in Hungary and Managing Partner of EY Law.
Drawing on more than 15 years of both consulting and corporate experience, Márton Kadocsa has a deep understanding of the priorities and challenges facing today’s business leaders. Throughout his career, he has worked in both strategic advisory and executive environments, partnering closely with CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams. As an international adviser, he has contributed to strategy development and transformation initiatives within the banking and telecommunications sectors across multiple markets in Europe and the Middle East.
More recently, he played a key role during a defining period in the evolution of a leading regional financial institution under private equity ownership. His contributions included strategic planning and execution, acquisition and integration programmes, as well as supporting a successful ownership transition and the transformation that followed.
"Business leaders are making decisions in an environment where uncertainty has become a constant, while expectations for growth and reinvention continue to intensify. EY-Parthenon’s strength lies in its ability to combine commercial insight, industry expertise and execution capabilities. Truly successful strategies begin with structuring challenges and identifying the right responses, but measurable results require mobilising the organisation and fostering alignment across all levels, from senior leadership to operational teams. I look forward to further strengthening this approach to help our clients transform decisions into sustainable growth and tangible value creation," said Márton Kadocsa, Partner at EY-Parthenon and Head of Strategy Consulting in Hungary.
In his new role at EY-Parthenon, Márton will advise clients across industries on the development and implementation of corporate and sector strategies, business plans and transformation programmes. His focus will be on supporting initiatives that move beyond ambition and deliver lasting, measurable results.
