Ildikó's commitment to excellence extends beyond traditional tax matters. Throughout her career, she has led consulting projects that challenge the status quo of the Hungarian healthcare financing system, empowering private healthcare companies to enter and expand in the market and tailoring the R&D incentives regime to the fast-changing world of innovative companies in several industries. She has also participated in several tax audits targeting R&D activities of companies in Hungary, further solidifying her reputation as a knowledgeable and reliable consultant.

Her expertise spans not only general taxes and state aid but also industry-specific business matters, making her a trusted advisor for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. 

Ildikó played a pivotal role in establishing the Life Sciences industry team in Budapest and has led many projects for pharmaceutical companies not only in the field of taxation and state aid. Her experience extends to cross-border transactions, acquisitions, and restructuring projects, where she actively seeks new tax planning opportunities for both multinational and Hungarian groups. Ildikó is a Certified Tax Expert who conducts her PhD studies at Semmelweis University, studying payment models for future health technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) and a master’s degree in health economics from Lóránd Eötvös University, Budapest (ELTE). She is a Board Member of the Hungarian Health Economics Association (META).
